has anyone ever…
…you know when you first wake up, or first move after sitting for a long time and you stretch… and sometimes your muscle tightens up really bad and it hurts like a bitch… i did that this morning, and it still hurts really bad. i’ve been limping all day, and i had to sit down during my shower cause i was standing on it too long :/
has that happened to anyone else? i tried to explain it to Zane but he’s like “you’re crazy, i have no idea what you speak of” [[yes he talks like a spaz sometimes..]]
Muscle cramp. most likely in your calf, right? Eat a banana, a potassium defiency can cause that. Also, being dehydrated. Drink lots of water with the banana. Depending on how long the cramp holds, it can leave a knot in your muscle. Massage it out, put some moist heat on it, it will get better!! :) love you
